"As an everyday biker like most, I always wonder whether or not I’m doing the right thing putting my trust in the insurance company to do the right thing but, as we all know, when we put the phone down five minutes later the person you’ve just spoken to can’t remember your name. Hell, did I say five?

Well I found a solution.

A friend pointed me in the direction of Motorcycle Law Scotland.

At first, like you, I was unsure of how things would pan out.

Well, that was soon put to bed. My contact and adviser was Brenda Mitchell, a very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, person who knows here stuff and some.

Brenda was great right from the start and, unlike the insurance company, she will know who you are when you call.

She took care of everything with the the help of an exceptional team of people in the background (to whom I’d like to give my thanks) including physios, neurologists, investigators and admin staff.

With regular updates and reminders for appointments, I never felt that things weren’t progressing even though these things can take time. In my case, the other insurers were dragging their heels.

One of the best things about Motorcycle Law is that straight from the off they know exactly what and who you are as “a motorcyclist” and all the situations you can find yourself in, they can relate to, unlike the faceless call centre minion punching information into a computer all day watching the clock for finishing time.

Ok, Ok, I’ll get to the point. Thanks to Brenda and Motorcycle Law, I won my case and received a settlement of £37,500 that was just for me. Motorcycle Law recover their fees from the other insurers and if that’s not someone who is doing their best for you as a person, then, my friend, we need to have a chat! (Biker Humour)

One last thing, I wish I’d known about them sooner so pass the word and get a card for your wallet.
Once again, many many thanks Brenda, you’re a star."
