With over 25% of current web traffic accessing the Motorcycle Law Scotland website being either a mobile or tablet device and this percentage increasing month on month, it was time to give the MLS site a face lift and make it easy for browsers whether accessing and viewing content from a desktop or whilst on the move.
Most of the original content from the first website which was launched 5 years ago has been retained so you can still access useful content about the claims process and timescales for a Civil Law case, common types of motorcycle accidents as well as the types of injuries sustained.
We also have an extensive library of relevant case law citing over 50 cases all categorised by accident scenario. We find that these pages are viewed extensively by Insurers whose claims handlers are trying to improve their understanding of case law related to motorcycling accidents. Different motorcycling case studies are always useful to see what has happened to others and how their cases have been handled as well as the outcomes. We have a whole range of these as well as some testimonials from grateful clients. New case studies will be added on a regular basis and will be promoted via our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages.
The Motorcycle Law Scotland team has changed a little from the early days with some new faces but it is still headed up and all cases overseen by Brenda Mitchell who has over 28 years experience as a PI Lawyer and is still unquestionably Scotland's No 1 motorcycle accident claims Lawyer. It's worth taking a couple of minutes just to listen to Brenda explaining in a video why she is so passionate about the Law and representing injured motorcyclists.
Finally, the wider motorcycling community is extremely important to Motorcycle Law Scotland. You can read about our two fantastic riders in Andrew and Sammi Tasker as well as our invovement with the dealerships, clubs and training schools across Scotland.
We hope you enjoy the website and find it to be a useful resource full of advice and guidance. If you do ever need to contact us, there are lots of ways to do this from a simple phone call where you can speak directly to a Lawyer or via our contact forms or text "MLS" service.
