A motorcyclist was following a lorry approachingMackeldon v Hinton a junction on the left. Without warning, the lorry suddenly turned left. The motorcyclist tried to perform an emergency stop, but was thrown from his bike and collided with the motor vehicle. The lorry driver had indicated late and the motorcyclist had been travelling too close to him.
