The driver saw an approaching motorcyclist from his left signalling left. The driver relied on that signal and pulled out onto the main road and a collision occurred.

Motorcyclist: 1/3rd at fault for displaying a misleading signal

Driver: 2/3rds at fault for assuming the motorcyclist was about to pull in.
