Thomas Mitchell

Thomas is an Associate at Motorcycle Law Scotland.

A graduate of both Aberdeen (LLB Hons) and Edinburgh (DPLP) Universities, Thomas joined RTA LAW LLP in July 2017 and completed his traineeship with the firm.

Thomas represents clients who have been involved in road traffic incidents and he specialises in representing vulnerable road users such as pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists. He has experience of litigating cases for pursuers in the Sheriff Courts, All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.

Out of the office Thomas enjoys riding his mountain or road bike. When the weather is nice he also enjoys riding his Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE in the Scottish Borders, well known for its fantastic motorcycling roads.

Thomas is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a member of the Institute of Advanced motorists holding qualifications for both advanced rider and advanced driver.
