A graduate of the University of Glasgow, David has been a civil litigation lawyer for almost ten years.
David has dedicated his career specialising in representing the interests of injured clients and never insurance companies.
David has considerable experience of running cases to Proof in the Court of Session, All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. He has also conducted advocacy on behalf of clients at tribunal hearings.
David has developed a particular specialism in representing those injured as a consequence of road traffic accidents.
During his career, David has successfully run numerous cases involving catastrophic injury to pedestrians such as children and vulnerable road users and also accidents to pedestrians travelling to and from large-scale events such as sports games or concerts.
In his spare time David enjoys travelling extensively and also plays piano. Inspired after a visit to Munich, David is also a keen cyclist and recently successfully completed Pedal for Scotland 2018.
