Duncan v Walshe

A lorry and a motorcycle were travelling in opposite directions along an A road. The lorry executed a right turn manoeuvre into a minor side road. In doing so he straddled both carriageways. As he did so, the motorcycle collided with the lorry. It was not established that the motorcycle was travelling at excessive speed at the time of the accident.

Lorry Driver 100% to blame.
